“It’s hard to pick a favorite since every track is blowing me away with such reality!! I have not heard my system sounding with this level of reality since I am breaking in my new P20 with Beeswax fuse and a fully loaded Farad Super 3 power supply to the Matrix!!” “Just downloaded new release on DSD and now listening to the second track (Enough) and the low frequency notes are loading my room and tingling my whole body!!! Extraordinary recording!! Can hardly wait to hear the rest of the recording!!” “…not only is the music tight, Jessica is a great song writer.” “Simply superb. Jessica’s voice is outstanding. Musically, a highly enjoyable album from beginning to end. The quality of the recording is stellar. About as close to having the musicians in the same room as you are going to get. Well done!”

I enjoyed the CD! As good as the recording is on the album I’d love to hear it recorded live in a small club with an audience tho I know that’s not possible currently. Great job all around! READ MORE

Incredible

On first listen, the thing that struck me the most, is that the whole presentation comes out of a very black background. the miking, mixing, and production is incredible. Loved the tracks that had cello on them, and Chris plays a mean bass, very understated and rhythmic. Hope to be able to play this for some audiophile friends…someday. READ MORE

Reminds me of Carol King

Got to listen to it this afternoon and I think it”s wonderful. You can tell that everyone involved with this project had their heart in it. I don’t want to dissect it like some people seem to want to do; I just like the work as a whole. Jessica kind of reminds me a little of Carole King. For me, that’s a good thing. READ MORE

About Octave Records

Honoring the Music and Those Who Make It

Our mission at Octave Records™ is simple – respect musicians by paying them fairly, and respect their music by bringing it to life in the highest-quality possible.

Too often, musicians have to absorb the costs of production, leaving them little or any earnings – or even putting them in debt. And the quality of their recordings end up in last place. We at PS Audio and Octave Records are dedicated to correcting these inequities.

To support musicians, Octave™ covers 100% of all studio, mixing, mastering, production, distribution, and marketing expenses so that artists may directly share in retail sales revenues – while retaining ownership of their music.

Octave Records is dedicated to offering the highest-quality recordings in high-resolution formats including pure DSD on SACD , as well as 192kHz PCM. Located in Boulder, Colorado, Octave utilizes the world’s finest studio equipment, based around the acclaimed Sonoma™ DSD recording, mixing, and mastering system. Gus Skinas, our world-renowned mastering engineer, has hundreds of album credits and helped design the Sonoma system.
